I was approached by Adam from an email in January 2014. His main goal was to gain muscle and to give him nutrition advice, I now train him 3 times a week at the Forest Gym for the past 4 months. He has done extremely well with his routine, I have been giving him the final push into his workouts and showing him the right techniques. The pictures below show a massive improvement in just 4 months dedicated workouts and with the right nutrition.
He will be off on holiday in June for 4 weeks, importantly he will still need to work out his muscles as he can lose everything he has gained for! Good work Adam keep it up!
