Training at the gym isn’t always for everybody. You and I might get a kick out of powering through numerous amounts of resistance machines but some people find this intimidating. Fortunately for them the outdoors is a great place to get fit and be in more of a relaxed environment. I have a handful of clients that I train out doors and they love it, that is obviously weather permitted. Only two days ago we were in the Horsham park training doing a strength and conditioning circuit, my client Nicola really enjoyed it as this was chance for her to get fresh air and mainly to get mind off work for a bit.
