Health Assessment:

There is a couple of assessments you as the client will undertake before we start any form of exercise routine.

This starts with a PARQ which is a health questionnaire and the purpose of the assessment is to asses ones health history to make sure they are clear of any medical conditions or previous injuries that could be effected with exercise.

Another assessment would be a fitness assessment, this would be to gain an understanding to where ones fitness levels lie so that I the personal trainer can implement the appropriate, personalised exercise routine.

  • Body Composition Test

  • Fitness Test
