I have been a professional Personal Trainer since 2005, working internationally at health clubs across South Africa, New Zealand and the UK. In 2011, I established Blackler Personal Training as one of the foremost training and nutritional coaching service providers in the region.
I am a UKBFF (United Kingdom Bodybuilding & Fitness Federation) competitor, achieving 2nd place in 2014 and currently in training to beat that in 2015. I also enjoy time away from the gym and will be taking part in the London to Brighton cycle challenge to raise funds for British Heart Foundation.
The most rewarding part of my role is working with clients and helping them achieve goals that they probably thought were unattainable. Whether your goal be weight loss, athletic improvement, management of health related issues or increased lean muscle mass, I provide the framework of physical training, nutrition coaching and encouragement to help make goals a reality.
No matter what your current level of fitness may be, I fully understand physical training takes motivation and, depending on your goals, can be hard work. I provide a friendly and informative environment so that every client feels confident in the training we undertake together.
I am available 6 days a week, from 6am to 9pm both in a fully equipped gym or visiting you in your home / office. There are no additional charges for either option as personal training needs to ‘fit in’ with your schedule. I am fully insured and qualified in First Aid for your peace of mind.
Our training does not end at the end of each hour together. Clients are encouraged to contact me by phone, email or text at any time with queries or for motivational advice. I truly believe that success is built on our partnership.
